1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Mikai.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Mikai.ai provides professional digital services including but not limited to:

• High-end branding and design services
• 3D visualization and rendering
• AR & VR solutions development
• Experience design and consultation
• Bespoke software development
• Training solutions and workshops

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit before project commencement with the remainder due upon completion. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All work created by Mikai.ai remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you will receive appropriate usage rights as outlined in your project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed upon at project initiation. Delays caused by client feedback, revisions, or additional requirements may extend delivery dates. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. In the event of cancellation, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Mikai.ai is unable to deliver services as agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mikai.ai's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information shared during project development. We may require clients to sign additional confidentiality agreements for particularly sensitive projects.
